Peter Booth – Training Manager

Peter is passionate about sharing his experience obtained during an exciting career in airline maintenance. He was lucky enough to work in some of the most dynamic engineering and maintenance companies around the world. His last position in 145 world was looking after Haeco’s line maintenance operation at CLK airport.

Apprenticed at BAe Woodford. Moved to Sydney in 1987 working with Qantas qualifying on B767, 747, & 744 type ratings. A year in Malaysia in 1991 with MAS he then moved to Hong Kong in 1992 to work Line Maintenance with HAECO, gaining L1011, A320, B777, A330/340 Licences. Peter retired from AGM LM position and Hong Kong in 2016 and moved back to the UK.

With around 320 movements everyday and 65+ maintenance customers there was always opportunity to experience something challenging and interesting. Working closely with Hong Kong’s CPA engineering team enabled working first hand with OEMs on numerous different fleet projects and entries into service. After almost 30 years overseas Peter returned to live in the UK and made the transition into 147 world where he has the opportunity to pass on some of that experience to the next generation of maintenance engineers. He is excited about the future of our industry and is keen to continue his involvement in the training side of things.

Keith Gallop – Quality Manager

In a career spanning 48 years, Keith Gallop is a versatile and innovative professional with experience in both the public and private sectors. He was elected as a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987, achieving Fellowship status in 1995.

His knowledge covered all aspects of Building Surveying, with a particular emphasis on project management, architectural design, building maintenance and refurbishment. This work encompassed a variety of building types ranging from residential, school, hospital and airport buildings. Quality control was a particular requirement for the design and specification of projects and, in his role as Quality Manager, Keith designed and implemented the quality system for a surveying practice, achieving accreditation under BS EN ISO 9001:1994. 

The role included the planning and co-ordination of internal audits, and liaison with the certification body in connection with the annual external audits. Having retired from surveying in 2018, an opportunity arose for Keith to take up a role in the world of aviation and offer his QA experience to P & P Aviation Training Limited.

Phoebe Suet Pik AU YEUNG – Accounts

Born and raised in Hong Kong, attended university in United States, graduated with a bachelor degree in Communications.

Phoebe worked in customer service department for Cathay Pacific Airways at Hong Kong International Airport with outstanding achievement. Then she moved onto marketing and corporate communications role in two major serviced apartment companies in Hong Kong.

In August 2016, Phoebe and Peter moved to UK and found P & P Aviation Training, she has been involved with managing the company and handling with the finance. She believes in providing good and attentive customer service, meeting the needs of the clients and individuals students in order to deliver professional training.
